The aim of this service is:

• To foment school enrollment in the D model.
• To boost the use of Basque among children, not only at school, but also with their relatives and during their leisure time.
• To work for the progressive basquization of the Public Administration.
• To promote the use of Basque in fields such as culture, the media (Santimamiñe journal, Gorliz Irratia and Plentzia Telebista), and the social services.
• To introduce Basque in the private working field.
