The town hall and the school (1886). These are two buildings of Neo-classical style, linked together and made by Mentxaka.

Otxandategi Monument (1911). Basterra built this eclectic tempietto, which keeps a bronze bust of the titular over a fountain surrounded by chairs.

Farmhouses. The traditional model in Biscay, with its doubly sloped roof, compact volume and a façade with an arcade in the middle, is also seen here, with one single variation – the spurs or wind breaks framing the front wall. Among them, we should mention Arrizubiaga (16th century), probably built over the old gunsmith tower that bore the same name. The building structure of the oldest elements (16th century), with stanchions on the façade, can still be seen in Sustatxa, Lukategitxu, Lotxarine and Madariaga. Here grew stronger the type of farmhouse in the Durango-style, with ashlar arch in the door leading to the arcade. Even though the farmhouse is a functional building, it also has decorative elements such as wooden carvings, columns and coats of arms. This is the case of Arrate Beko, Etxebarri and Landaida, respectively.

Mills. Wheat and corn were transformed into flour in the hydraulic mills of Gobela. Five of them are still there: Kukullaga, Itza, Errotatxu, Goiko Errota and Poza. The first one has a peculiar cylindric louvre made of ashlar, and the last one three arches of carved stone through which the sewer is reached.
